Section 1 in The Punjab Town Improvement Trust Gratuity Rules, 1971
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Punjab Town Improvement Trust Gratuity Rules, 1971.(ii)They shall come into force at once.(iii)They shall apply to all whole time [Servants] [G.S.R. 70/P.A. 4/22 Section 73 Amendment/77 dated 16-6-1979 LS Part 3, 24-6-1977.] of the Trusts in the State.
