Section 140(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)Every written permission, notice, bill, summons or other documents, which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of die Chairman or any officer of the Development Authority shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears facsimile of the signature of the Chairman or such officer, as the case may be, is stamped thereupon.
