140. Signature on notices etc. to be stamped.
(1)Every written permission, notice, bill, summons or other documents, which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of die Chairman or any officer of the Development Authority shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears facsimile of the signature of the Chairman or such officer, as the case may be, is stamped thereupon.(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the Development Fund.
