Section 46(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)All traders and commission agents may be required to submit for examination and inspection, their accounts books, ledgers, etc. on demand by the Chairman, or in his absence by the Vice-Chairman of the Committee, or the Secretary or other officer authorized by the Chairman of the Committee.
