Section 21(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The twenty percentage of the seats in all the regular courses conducted on the main campus of the University in the State shall compulsorily be reserved exclusively for the students domiciled in the State of Manipur or State Subjects or legal residents of State of Manipur or those belonging to the State origin including the indigenous population of Manipur origin at all times. The policy for reservation of such seats shall be developed by the University in association with the State.
