(1)These rules may be sited as the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957.(2)These rules shall extent to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)These rules except rules 29 to 33, 81, 88, 91 to 102 and 122 shall come into force at once and rules 29 to 33, 81, 88, 91 to 102 and 122 shall come into force on such days as are specified therein
