Section 183(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)The following Acts are hereby repealed, namely :-(i)the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963); and(ii)the Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964 (Punjab Act 22 of 1964).
