Section 21(2) in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012
(2)The Board may, for the said purpose, -(a)require the submission of periodical or special reports from the sponsoring agency, in such form and manner, as may be prescribed in the regulations;(b)give directions to the sponsoring agency to maintain project documentation in such form and manner, as may be prescribed in the regulations; and(c)give such other directions to the sponsoring agency as it deems fit.
