Section 4(3) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
(3)(a)There shall be three campus of the University. Headquarter of the University and a campus shall be at Dehradun and second campus in Garhwal region of District Pauri Garhwal in Bilkhet Gram and third campus shall be establish at Bhimtal area District Nainital at Kamoun region :Provided that admission limitation of these campus one third of Dehradun and two third of hill areas for students of Uttarakhand shall be essential.(b)Campus, Regional Centers, Study Centers, Research Centers and Career Academy Centers may also be established at other peaces within the State. In this regard the University shall comply the fix procedure by the University Grant Commission and other constitutional institutions.
