13. The fees to be paid in respect of application and appeals under this Act.
- (i) Every application presented to the Rent Court shall bear a Court-fee label of the value of Rs. 1.(ii)Every appeal to the Rent Tribunal under section 9(2) shall bear a Court-fee label of value of Rs. 2 and shall be accompanied by the original or a certified copy of the order appealed against.
