Section 64A(vi) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(vi)In the event of a breakdown of the air-conditioning plant, the licensee shall always keep ready and make alternative arrangements for ventilation and air circulation of such standard in accordance with the requirements in rule 64.
