Section 1(3) in The M.P. Anusuchit Jati Tatha Anusuchit Jan Jati (Rinisahayata) Adhiniyam, 1967
(3)[In its application to the member of the Scheduled Tribes, it] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 33 of 1972.] shall come into force-(a)in the Scheduled Areas, on the date on which the Madhya Pradesh Scheduled Tribes Debt Relief Regulations, 1962, in force therein are repealed; and(b)in other areas, at once.
