11. Funds of the State Council.
(1)The State Council shall meet its expenses in connections with its affairs and the functions entrusted to it under the Act or these rules from the annual grant released to it the State Employment Guarantee Fund.(2)The Funds of the State Council shall be operated through a Schedule bank as approved by the State Council (State share).
