Section 5(2)(e) in The Maharashtra Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' (Registration of Enlistment) Rules, 1961

(e)a certificate signed by any Gazetted Officer of the State Government [* * *] [Deleted by G. N. of 23.1.1976.] to the effect that the applicant was regularly practising the Homoeopathic or the Biochemic system of medicine in any part of the State of Maharashtra on the 25th day of August, 1959; and
