Section 1 in The Hardwar Ardh Kumbha Mela Rules, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Hardwar Ardh Kumbha Mela Rules, 2002.(2)This shall apply to the Kumbha Mela to be held at Hardwar during the year, 2004.(3)They shall come into force on and from December 15, 2003 and will continue to be in force till April 30, 2004.
