Section 3(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)There shall be established and incorporated a University by the name and style of "Manipur International University", as an 'autonomous body corporate which shall enjoy full legal competence to pursue its activities and objectives, financial, academic and administrative independence and autonomy to discharge its business in the State of Manipur.
