Section 13(1) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(1)The Registrar shall in the case of:(a)removal of the name of the person from the register under Sub-Section (2) of Section 24;(b)cancellation of any entry in the register under section 27, send notice of such removal or of such cancellation, as the case may be, to the person concerned, by a registered letter addressed to his registered address and shall keep the acknowledgment receipt thereof.
