Section 11(2) in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018

(2)The Chief Executive Officer may by an order, delegate any of his powers to any officer of the Pradhikaran on such terms and conditions, as he may determine:Provided that each such order of delegation and the terms and conditions of such delegation shall be placed before the Pradhikaran.
