11. General superintendence, direction and management of affairs of Pradhikaran.
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made thereunder, the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the Pradhikaran shall vest with the Chief Executive Officer.(2)The Chief Executive Officer may by an order, delegate any of his powers to any officer of the Pradhikaran on such terms and conditions, as he may determine:Provided that each such order of delegation and the terms and conditions of such delegation shall be placed before the Pradhikaran.
