Section 6(b) in The M.P. Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Rules, 1998
(b)A half yearly report of the promotion made by every authority shall be submitted for the period from January to June in the month of August and from July to December in the month of February to the concerning Head of the Department in the form of statement in Schedule IV-B. Such half yearly report of promotion shall also be sent to the Divisional Commissioner in respect of Divisional Level Promotion and to the Collector in respect to District Level Promotion by every authority.
