95. Production and Inspection of voting machines and election papers.
(1)While in the custody of the Collector & District Election Authority or the Officer authorized by him, -(a)the packets of marked copy of electoral roll;(b)the packets containing registers of voters in Form-XXX shall not be opened and their contents shall not be inspected by, or produced before any person or authority except under the order of the competent court.(2)The Control Unit sealed as per the provisions of rule 93 and kept in the custody of the Collector & District Election Authority or the Officer authorized by him shall be stored in Government Treasury or sub-Treasury and shall not be opened and inspected by, or produced before any person or authority except under the order of the competent court.
