Section 7(1) in The Mormugao Harbour Craft Rules, 1976
(1)The owner of a licensed harbour craft shall paint or cause to be painted on a conspicuous part of the bow of the harbour craft on one side, licence number of such craft, upon a dark background in white Arabic numerals of not less than ten centimetres in length and on the quarter of the other side, the number of the harbour craft, as indicated in the licence.
