Section 19(1) in The M.P. Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting of the Committees, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2005
(1)Where any matters concerned with both committees i.e., Gram Nirman Samiti and also the Gram Vikas Samiti, it shall be placed before the joint meeting.
