Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. Sudhir Nanavati assisted by learned advocate Mr. Vandan Baxi for M/s. Nanavati & Nanavati for the petitioners.
Learned Senior Advocate Mr. Nanavati submitted that name of the petitioner is removed from the admission list on the website of the respondent No.4 for admission in the Course of Optometry without giving any notice or intimation to the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner-institution is having two professors who are requisite under clause 1.3.1 of accreditation to be given by the Optometry Counsel of India. Considering the above submissions, issue notice returnable on 1st October,2021. Direct service today is permitted.
