Section 36(1) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(1)Every hostel maintained by a college or approved and recognised by the University shall conform to such general or special conditions including conditions of residence as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.
