Section 69(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Save as otherwise provided in these rules, Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1968, as amended from time to time shall so far as may be, apply to the superior officers of the Force. IFS Officers on deputation shall be governed by All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1965.
