Section 33(2) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(2)Except in cases provided for by he Statutes, teachers and officers of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be furnished to the teacher or officer concerned. The contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Statutes for the time being in force in relation to the conditions of service.
