Section 47 in The Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972
47. Maintenance of records. -
As licensee under this Chapter shall-(a)keep records, and submit such returns of his dealings, as may be prescribed,-(i)to the Director or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf, and(ii)to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised officer; and(b)make such records available on demand for inspection by such officers.
