This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of case bearing Marriage Petition No. 1800/2021, titled as “Gaurav Ramesh Sisodia v. Preeti Gaurav Sisodia”, pending in the Court of Civil Judge S.D. (Senior Division), Kalyan at Kalyan (Maharashtra) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior, District-Gwalior (M.P.).
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
Though learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed this transfer petition but, having considered the circumstances in their totality, we are of the view that in the interest of justice, transfer of the proceedings, as prayed for, is warranted.
Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and case bearing Marriage Petition No. 1800/2021, titled as “Gaurav Ramesh Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Rajni Mukhi Date: 2023.01.11 Sisodia v. Preeti Gaurav Sisodia”, pending in the Court of Civil 17:36:00 IST Reason:
Judge S.D. (Senior Division), Kalyan at Kalyan (Maharashtra) is 1 hereby transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior, District-Gwalior (M.P.). The parties shall be at liberty to apply before the transferee court for appearing through the video conferencing mode. The records of the case be transferred to the transferee court forthwith.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
