Section 197(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)All moneys received by the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall constitute a fund called the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] Fund and shall be applied for the purposes specified in this Act and for such other purposes and in such manner as may be prescribed.
