39. Teaching Programme.
(1)The University shall, through its constituent colleges, undertake teaching, research and extension education activities in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of section 4.(2)The constituent colleges and recognised institutions of the University shall -have a common pattern of teaching and organisation as may be directed by the University, from time to time.(3)The University shall according to need establish additional colleges and institutions to serve the requirements of the various Faculties.(4)The University shall according to need start additional training centres or close down either permanently or temporarily any of the training institutions/courses or classes under its control as it may consider appropriate.
