Section 1 in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018.(2)These Regulations extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and shall apply in relation to all matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Commission.(3)These Regulations shall come into force with effect from 1st March, 2018.
