Section 2(j) in The Orissa Wheat Control Order, 1987
(j)"Dealer" means a person who purchases or sells wheat in any quantity exceeding [20] [Substituted vide O.G.E. 1717, dated 8.12.1987.] quintals in a calendar day or stores wheat exceeding [50] [Substituted vide O.G.E. 1717, dated 8.12.1987.] quintals at any time;
