Section 5(1) in Uttarakhand Private Security Agencies Rules, 2018
(1)Prior to granting licence, the scrutiny report of Controlling Authoirty or I.G. Training Police Department is compulsory, after the licence is granted, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, level officers shall inspect the Training Institute twice in a year.
