Section 12(3) in The Orissa Wheat Control Order, 1987
(3)Upon due compliance with all obligations under the licence, by the licensee, the amount of security deposit or such part thereof, which is not forfeited as aforesaid, shall be refunded to the licensee after the termination of the licence.
