Section 64(2) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions the washing facilities shall include-(a)a trough with taps or jets at intervals of not less than 61 cm., or(b)wash basins with taps attached thereto, or(c)taps on stand-pipes, or(d)showers controlled by taps, or(e)circular troughs of the fountain type, provided that the Inspector may, having regard to the needs and habits of the workers, fix the proportion in which the aforementioned types of facilities shall be installed.
