Section 1 in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
