Section 1 in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014.(2)They shall come into force at once.
