Section 34(2) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3), each Board of Studies shall consist of,-(i)one Head of the University department who is concerned with the subject when the Board of Studies is only for one subject or is concerned with any subject or group of subjects;(ii)not more than three heads of the departments in the special subjects taught at degree level in the colleges and institutions;(iii)not more than three experts in the subject co-opted by the members of the Board of Studies, with the prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor.
