State of Madhya Pradesh - Subsection

Section 68(1) in The M.P. Factories Rules, 1962

(1)No woman or young person shall, unaided by another person, lift, carry or move by hand or on head, any material, article, tool or appliance exceeding the maximum limit in weight set out in the following schedule :-[Schedule] [Substituted by Notification No. 4(a) 4-91-16B, dated 6-4-1995.]
