Section 91 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
91. Grant not admissible on the salary of manager.
(1)If the manager of a school is a person other than the head of the school and such manager is working on a salaried basis, no grant shall be admissible in relation to the salary to such manager.(2)Where the head of the school also functions as the manager thereof, no salary or other remuneration shall be payable to him for function as such manager.
