(2)On and from the said date-(a)all properties, funds and the dues which are vested in or realizable by the Board shall vest in and be realised by the State Government;(b)all rights, obligations and liabilities (including any liabilities under any contract) of the Board shall become the rights, obligations and liabilities of the State Government;(c)all members shall vacate their offices as members of the Board.]
