Section 72(1) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(1)The manager shall consult the Canteen Managing Committee from time to time as to-(a)the quality and quantity of foodstuffs to be served in the canteen;(b)the arrangement to the menus;(c)times of meals in the canteen; and(d)any other matter as may be found necessary for the purpose of efficient administration of the canteen.
