Section 59(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The Camp Observer shall act as the representative of the Board at the assessment camp. He/She shall ensure complete secrecy, safe custody of answer books, mark-lists, control on malpractices during assessment and smooth conduct of assessment work by way of overall supervision.
