Section 29(xxv) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(xxv)to affiliate, recognize or collaborate with any other college, University, research, institution, industry association, professional association, or to develop and run specific educational research programs, vocational training, exchange programs and any such programs anywhere in India or abroad (outside India) which the University may consider appropriate for students, faculty members, general public and others;
