2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Appendix" means Appendix appended to these rules;(b)"Commission" means the Gujarat Public Service Commission;(c)"Examination" means the competitive examination for the recruitment to the post of Inspector of Motor Vehicles, Class II, in the Gujarat State Transport Department which includes written test and interview as referred to in Rule 6; and(d)"Government" means the Government of Gujarat.
