Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2011.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, any Police Officer may arrest without a warrant any person who is reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under this Act.
