11. Power to arrest without any warrant and all offences to be non-bailable. —
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, any Police Officer may arrest without a warrant any person who is reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under this Act.(2)All offences under this Act shall be non-bailable.
