Section 28(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)The Comptroller shall be a whole-time officer of the University and shall, subject to the approval of the Chancellor, be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Council on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
