Section 1(1) in The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, 1313 F
(1)This Act may be called the "Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act" and shall come into force within the municipal limits of the city of Hyderabad on the 1st day of Khurdad, 1313 Fasli.
